How to Verify Your Contact Email

If you haven't completed email verification yet, follow the steps below:

Verification steps:

1. After logging in, go to the "Personal Information" page in the Member Center
2. In the "Contact Information" section, find the Email field and click the "Verify" button on the right
3.  You'll be taken to a new "Email Verification" page
4. On the Email Verification page, enter the email address you want to verify
5. Click "Send Verification Code"
6. Check your inbox for an email titled 【Nani】Email Verification Code
7. Enter the 6-digit verification code from the email into the 6 fields on screen, one digit at a time
   ⚠️ The verification code must be entered one digit per box — pasting the full code at once won't work!
    

📌 Note:
If you don't receive the email, please confirm you entered the correct email address and check your spam/junk folder. If needed, click "Resend Verification Code" to send it again. The verification code has a limited validity period, so please complete entry as soon as possible.
