How to Edit/Update Account Information?

Please follow the instructions for your account type below:

【I'm a NaniClub Member】
1. After logging in, go to "Member Center"
2. Click "Personal Information" in the left-hand menu
3. On this page, you can update your mobile number, email, school of employment, and other information

📌 Note:
When you update your mobile number, email, or school of employment, the system will require re-verification to ensure account security and confirm that the changes are being made by you.

【I'm an Education Cloud Account User】 

When you log in with an Education Cloud account, the system will also take you to the NaniClub Member Center, but you won't be able to change your Education Cloud personal information or password from within the Member Center. If you need to update your Education Cloud account information (such as your name, password, or email), please do so through the Education Cloud service website.
