What Should I Do If I Forget My Password?

You can reset your password through mobile phone or email verification. Please follow the steps for your account type below:

✅ Mobile Number Verification
1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
2. Enter your verified mobile number, and the system will send a verification code via SMS
3. Enter the verification code to set a new password

✅ Email Verification
1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
2. Enter your verified email address, and the system will send a verification code to your inbox
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the verification code and set a new password

⚠️ Notes:
The Forgot Password feature can only be used if the mobile number or email address on file has already been verified.
For account security, you can request a verification code up to 5 times per day.

Click "Education Cloud Account Login" on the login page. Once you're redirected to the Ministry of Education's website:
1. Click "Forgot Password"
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the password reset process
