What If My School Isn't on the List, or I Don't Have a Sales Representative's Phone Number?

If you run into either of these situations during registration, here's what to do:

[School Not on the List]

1. In the "School" field, select "My school isn't listed."
2. A text field will open, allowing you to manually enter your school's full name.
   ✅ Be sure to enter your school's correct, full name to help with identity verification later on.

[No Sales Representative's Phone Number]

1. In the "Sales Representative's Phone Number" field, select "I don't have this — use manual verification instead."
2. You'll be guided to a teacher manual verification form.
3. Once you submit the form, Nani's sales team will review it (approximately 1–3 business days).
