I've submitted my teacher verification documents. When will it be approved?

Below is an explanation of how manual teacher verification is processed:

Review Time:
To be confirmed.
If you have already submitted your application and it has been longer than the expected number of business days without receiving a notification, please email our support team so they can look into it for you.

Checking Verification Status:
Currently, only a pass/fail result is available — the specific stage of the review process cannot be shown.
You can go to: Member Center > Personal Information > Identity Information
to check whether your identity status shows as "Under Review" or "Verified."

Review Result Notification:
Once the review is complete, the system will send a notification email to the address you provided on the support center form.

⚠️ Note:
Even after you receive the approval notification email, it may take a little time for the system to activate your teacher privileges.
Please follow the instructions in the email — if your teacher status doesn't appear immediately after logging in, try refreshing the page again a bit later.
